• Customer Communication via phone and email

• Document Coordination for the preparation of shipping documents

• Reservation of vehicles and vessels

• Compilation of various expense documents such as D/O exchange costs, preparation of tax payment requests, and others

• Monitoring documents for expense closure

• Generation of Bills of Lading (B/L) and other relevant documents

• Minimum Bachelor's degree or above in related field.

• Minimum 2 years experiences in field

• Have knowledge of export & import controls.
